I bought this last September for my first semester of Grad school. I found I had so many papers for a particular class and needed a good way to organize them. I bought this and another (which I returned). This one is perfect! The pockets are large enough to put at least 20 pages in each, there are enough pockets for everything I need (syllabus, current assignment ; notes for working on, readings for the week,etc) the elastic holds it closed nicely. I am buying a second one today for another class too.

I have had this since I was an Undergrad student. I recently graduated Law school and am still using this folder! It has plenty of pockets, useful for multiple subject. I find binders to be bulky. This works great for organizing Notes AND hand outs/print outs. The clear pocket on the front is perfect for a class schedule. The inside has a tiny pocket for a business card, I use that for an "if found please contact" message. The cover recently got a tiny crack, but I am playing on rebuying. Only complaint is that I wished there was the option to chose a color.
