The binders arrived well packed and as described, but didn't measure up to the task. It was expected that they would be lightweight and for low use, but 5 of the 12 just packed in a suitcase to travel to a sales meeting suffered damage - the binder material cracking and breaking in transit. So - those binders were pitched and new binders purchased on the road. The remaining ones will be used in the office but not presented to customers as was the original intention.
